The location is excellent. It is a quiet and interesting neighborhood. The formula : kitchen, living room, balcony meets the needs.
The service was minimal. Some staff could not answer questions or respond differently. There were no washing machines in the building (the site announce that it is available). The cleanliness of the apartment was insufficient.

Very convenient, nice apartment in a good location. Tram and metro links all within 4 to 8 minute walk. Supermarket 2 minute walk.
No microwave.

The location of the hotel is perfekt, close to shops and restaurants and no noise. The rooms are nice and comtable with a good bathroom and balcony.

A quiet place to stay, close to cafe and restaurants. Very nice and friendly people at the reception. The apartment had every comfort and utilities you need for your stay.
We did not like carpet in the room. It is more clean/hygenic to have tiles or wood.

Full apartment, private balcony, dvd player, it was very nice
The front desk spoke no english but we managed, wouldn't walk around there at night, transport to city takes two trams and a train

Great location, lovely apartment. Perfect comfy clean space for four people especially considering the good rate. Near fabulous neighborhoods with cute bars & restaurants and a grocery store 2 minutes away. Would recommend.
We didnt mind but there is basically no staff or anyone as it is in an apartment building. The man at the front desk checked us in and was very friendly but if you needed anything else it would have been a bit harder.
